Bananas

I found this site while stumbling (What have you done to me Stumbleupon?!?!). Turns out bananas do more than look funky and taste delicious. They have superpowers (almost).

Apparently, a banana and a glass of chocolate milk are great after a work out. The chocolate milk and banana combo contains an optimal carbohydrate to protein ratio, great for helping refuel tired muscles after exercise!
